- Manages the day-to-day work and security of Inbound and Outbound Warehouse supervisors, supervisors alongside associates.

- Executes management functions of staff selection, development, control, performance reviews and/or terminations.

REQUIRED MINIMAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Highschool diploma or basic training degree (GED); someone to 36 months relevant knowledge and/or instruction; or comparable combination of training and related knowledge.
- Two or Four year college degree in operation control, provide Chain Management or similar major preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR SPECIALIZED DEMANDS:
- Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.
